Candied Almond Garnish

• 1 cup Almonds
• 0.25 cup white granulated sugar
• 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
• Combine in a small pot
• Cook for 5 minutes

Ingredients

• 2 oz Baileys Almande
• 2 oz Amaretto liqueur
• 2 oz Heavy Cream
• Shake with and serve on ice
