Umbra Sunset

Ingredients

• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz Orange Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Floral Amaro
• 0.5 oz Cherry Liqueur
• Shake with ice
• Pour into a glass filed with fine ice
• Add a splash of grenadine
• Top with Empress Indigo Gin
• Garnish with: stems from a pineapple crown, fresh mint, and an edible rose.

Non-Alcoholic

• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz Orange or mango juice (or a blend)
• 0.5 oz Cherry Juice or punch
• Shake with ice
• Pour into a glass filed with fine ice
• Add a splash of Non-alcoholic grenadine Syrup
• Top with raspberry apple or grape/cranberry grape juice
• Garnish with: stems from a pineapple crown, fresh mint, and an edible rose.
